Game On
To resonate with the local gaming market, the “Game On” campaign positioned the Casino at Nemacolin as an inclusive, casual destination—offering a distinct contrast to the upscale experience of the Nemacolin resort.
The Face of Fortune
Expanding BCV’s social media services into full-scale branding and marketing, the “Face of Fortune” campaign was designed to provide The Casino at Nemacolin with a cohesive suite of social media and print assets to appeal to both Nemacolin guests and local residents.
Astrological Experiences
To attract a younger demographic, we curated an Astrology Series designed to draw Gen Z and Millennial guests to the Well & Being Spa at the Fairmont Princess Scottsdale.
The Essence of Bacara
To capture the guest experience at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara, my team decided to utilize the sounds of the resort to invite guests to dive into an immersive, luxe travel experience. The key to this campaign’s success is simplicity—in terms of words, images, and sounds alike.
Hotel in Full Bloom
To promote the Hotel in Full Bloom seasonal activation at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, in spring 2019, my team worked to create a robust Instagram campaign that utilized custom photo and video content, user-generated content, Instagram stories, a #HotelinFullBloom itinerary, and targeted posts to attract new and returning guests from both local and national markets. As the only copywriter who worked on the campaign, I crafted all of the social copy across platforms and for the Instagram-specific campaign, which earned the hotel the Gold Award for Social Media Campaign from the 2019 HSMAI Adrian Awards.
From Our Family to Yours
In March 2020, my team at BCV helped the Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, craft a content strategy to keep guests engaged while travel virtually shut down in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic. The strategy centered on an Instagram series that showed the audience how to bring the Four Seasons feeling into their own homes and went on to win the Bronze Award for Social Media Campaign from the 2020 HSMAI Adrian Awards.
24 Hours on MST
To create an Instagram Story Highlight that could be refreshed regularly—monthly or quarterly—I came up with the concept of doing a travel itinerary that could be completed in a single day. Titled “24 Hours on MST,” this campaign for The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, went on to win the Silver Award for Social Media Campaign from the 2021 HSMAI Adrian Awards.
Bacara-by-Day
To create an immersive Instant Experience ad for The Ritz-Carlton, Bacara, my team created a series of ads that allowed Instagram and Facebook users to select the ideal itinerary for their vacation. This ad series won the Bronze Award for Social Media Campaign from the 2021 HSMAI Adrian Awards. Below is the itinerary for the “Serenity Seeker,” which doubles as both an Instant Experience ad and an Instagram Story Highlight.
